Are you really a dealer alternative, or just cheaper?

Both, in that order. We run the same factory software (ISTA, ODIS, XENTRY, PIWIS) and fit OEM parts, so the work is dealer-equivalent — we're simply not carrying a showroom and a service-lane sales target on top of your invoice.

Will service here affect my warranty?

If your car is still under factory warranty, independent service is protected in the US under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act as long as OEM-equivalent parts and procedures are used — which is exactly how we work. For powertrain-warranty cars we'll tell you honestly when the dealer is the right call.

Do you only take the four marques?

Effectively, yes. BMW, Audi, Mercedes, and Porsche are where our tooling, training, and parts pipeline live. We'd rather refer you to the right specialist than do an unfamiliar marque at half-depth.

Why a diagnostic request instead of online booking?

Because a good diagnosis can't be guessed from a drop-down. A technician reads your symptom, decides what the car actually needs, and books the right amount of bay time — so you're not paying for a slot that doesn't fit the job.

Do you do performance work, or just repairs?

Both, with the same discipline. Forced-induction and chassis work is done with OE-grade hardware and proven on datalogs — not eyeballed. We'll also tell you when a mod isn't worth it on your platform.
