I'm switching from another vet. Is that a hassle?
Not at all. Book your first visit and we'll request your pet's records from your previous clinic for you — you don't have to chase anything. Bring whatever you have and we'll fill in the rest.
How do the wellness plans work?
Each plan bundles a year of routine, preventive care — exams, core vaccines, and (on most tiers) dental and bloodwork — into a simple monthly payment. There are no deductibles or claim forms, and you can cancel anytime. They're not pet insurance; they cover routine care, not emergencies.
My pet gets very anxious at the vet. Can you help?
Yes — it's something we plan for. Tell us when you book and we'll allow extra time, use pheromones and gentle towel handling, and let your pet set the pace. Cats can use our dog-free suite, and nervous dogs get treats from the moment they arrive.
What should I bring to a first appointment?
Any prior medical or vaccine records you have, a list of current foods and medications, and your pet on a leash or in a carrier. Arrive five minutes early to settle in — there's water, treats, and a friendly face waiting.
Do you handle emergencies?
During clinic hours we'll always make room for urgent concerns — call ahead so we're ready. We're a primary-care hospital, not a 24-hour ER, so for true after-hours emergencies we'll point you straight to the nearest emergency clinic and follow up the next day.
